In some instances special editions are suggested for this conference.  In other cases, papers that address the specific objectives of the journal in question will be received and refereed on that basis.  Accepted referred submissions that are outside the scope of the journals will be still be linked to the appropriate track in the conference.  If a submission is deemed to be in too early a state of preparation for the refereed status, it will be treated as a working paper.

There is no guarantee of publication in these journals, but submitted papers will be reviewed.  It is likely that final papers at the conference will need further revisions before publication.  Authors can elect not to submit their papers to the journal for publication.  Papers for these pathways should be submitted to the appropriate track and marked with their intended journal pathway.
