Airport Links The Airbus Xpress Bus Service X91 leaves Cardiff International Airport at around 35 minutes past each hour during the daytime with a scheduled journey time of about 30 minutes to the Cardiff Bus Station. The single fare is £3.70. For the latest information see www.cwlfly.com There is also an ARRIVA rail link between the Airport and Cardiff Central which departs at 07 minutes past each hour with a scheduled journey time of about 35 minutes. There is a free shuttle bus service between the Airport Terminal and the nearby Rhoose Rail Station. The single fare is £2.80. For further information check: www.arrivatrainswales.co.uk There are numerous buses from Cardiff Central Station to the City Hall – see below. Bus Services The following public bus services stop near City Hall on Kingsway or in Greyfriars Road, near the Hilton Hotel and the Park Plaza Hotel – about 3 minutes walk through an underpass to the City Hall :- 21, 23, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 35, 37, 44, 45, 46, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 86, 87 etc. The fare from or to the Central Bus and Rail Station is currently 90p each way. The parking charge is between £5 and £10 for all day – the cheaper rates being farther away! The limited parking outside the City Hall is restricted to staff, delivery vehicles, disabled visitors and VIPs. Taxis & Private Hire Cars Taxis can usually be found waiting at Cardiff Central Station and at Cardiff International Airport. The normal fare to the City Hall during the daytime is about £3 from the Station or £24 from the Airport.
